Refund & Cancellation Policy

S.R Digital Services provides digital services; therefore, most payments are non-refundable.

Refund may be considered only if:

• Payment is successful but the service was not initiated due to a technical issue.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same service.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Government fees, service charges already utilized, and completed digital services are non-refundable.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after processing has started.
• Cancellation requests made before processing may be considered at the sole discretion of S.R Digital Services.

Wallet balance added by users is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of technical error approved by S.R Digital Services.
